Integrate Trybe, a bookings solution for Spa treatments, spa packages, and fitness classes, with HubSpot to streamline data handling processes and improve customer relationship management. Our client had a fitness centre, and they wanted to sync their booking data from Trybe to HubSpot to maintain their database properly, upsell and delight their customers.
One of the integration process's challenges was segregating data from single-line items. Data points were saved as bookings in Trybe. Under bookings, the name, first name, booking amount, booking date, and contact information were listed. All this data had to be correctly mapped and synced into HubSpot for further processing.
Data Filtering in Middleware
Computan's HubSpot integration developers developed a middleware using Laravel that spoke the language of Trybe and HubSpot. It could interpret the data from Trybe in the format that HubSpot understands.
